MILITARY DIET: LOSE 10 POUNDS IN 3 DAYS

This 3-day or military diet, as the title itself says, means a strict regime of eating and strict compliance with everything that is written, from the time of the meals, to the ingredients themselves. Otherwise, you won’t reach any of the wanted results.

From all spices, you are allowed only salt and black pepper. The ingredients cannot be changed with others. You can drink as much water as you’d like.
