HONEY AND BAKING SODA: WHY HAVE WOMEN GONE CRAZY OVER THIS RECIPE?

Preparation:

Simply mix one tablespoon of baking soda with one tablespoon of honey, add a bit of water and let them seethe on the heat. Once they start boiling, leave it one for 2 to 3 minutes and let it cool down a bit. Once it has cooled down a bit (but not completely) massage it in the body part where you have cellulite. Massage for about 3 minutes and then wash with warm water. Afterward, on the more problematic areas put on raw honey and massage for 4 to 7 minutes.

According to experts, and women who have already tried this recipe, it is the best way to get rid of cellulite and stretch marks which make the skin look crude. The honey massage will improve the circulation of the blood, will reduce the cellulite, without having to put any chemicals or toxins on your body.

Advice: You mustn’t overuse this mixture, and especially not press too hard when massaging it in because you might break your capillaries.
